About Drawing & Jazz Sundays : ‘Drawing & Jazz’ Sundays is to become a regular fixture to the programming at Assemblage. The sessions will be facilitated by artist Nathan Vuuren. Vuuren paints evocative images of beautiful, fragmented women. His images are sensual and sultry with hints of hyperrealism. Working as a creative consultant by day, his work has been seen in several group shows across the country, including one solo show and a presence at the Turbine Art Fair. He studied and obtained his Honours and Masters degrees in Fine Art at Wits University.
